Our Extraction Method
CO₂ Extraction (Supercritical / Subcritical)
Our CO₂ extraction employs pressurized carbon dioxide in its supercritical or subcritical state to gently dissolve cannabinoids and terpenes, then returns the CO₂ to gas, leaving behind a clean, solvent-free extract.
This method is among the cleanest and safest: CO₂ is non-toxic and non-flammable, and when pressure/temperature are carefully controlled we preserve delicate terpenes and cannabinoids with minimal degradation.
CO₂ extraction is ideal for high-quality oils, distillates, and other refined products — especially when solvent-free purity and consistency are priorities.
Ethanol Extraction
We use the SprayVap system to convert cannabis flower into premium oil through a continuous, closed-loop solvent-based process that maximizes efficiency and purity.
First, cannabinoids and terpenes are dissolved using food-grade ethanol, then the mixture is fed into the SprayVap, which uses falling-film evaporation under vacuum to gently remove and recover over 99% of the solvent. The result is a clean, concentrated cannabis oil with low residual solvent and preserved terpene and cannabinoid profiles — ideal for distillates, tinctures, or further refinement.
Solvent-free extraction (rosin, ice-cold hash, dry screening)
For chemical-free artisanal concentrates, we also offer solvent-free extraction. Through purely physical methods such as heat and pressure (rosin press), agitation with cold water or dry sieving/screening, we extract resinous trichomes without any chemical solvents.
These methods appeal to consumers seeking “pure,” minimally processed extracts that retain the natural terpene and cannabinoid profile of the original plant.
Although yields can be lower than solvent-based methods, solventless extracts offer premium flavor and a clean product, ideal for boutique or small-batch runs.
Ready to use Distillate
We refine your cannabis flower or crude extract into high-purity distillate using a state-of-the-art wiped-film distillation system from Pope Scientific. Under deep vacuum and with precise thermal control, our process gently evaporates cannabinoids while removing residual solvents, waxes, lipids and unwanted impurities preserving the potency and molecular integrity of the cannabinoids. The result is a light, clear oil ideal for vape cartridges, tinctures, edibles or further formulation delivering consistent quality, potency, and clarity, ready to use or blend as needed.
